Customers - pet hates !

Dont we just get them ?

they open the door whilst its being belted with water,

They say "Hi".... and let you crack on without thinking to close any windows ,

Push all patio stuff up to the french doors and ask " are they in your way?"

Wait for you to finish then go to find the cheque book, or worse still ask if you can leave an envelope.

various nasty smells wafting out the windows.  a strong whiff of VICKS LINIMENT  is okay, but not the f*g smoke and FOR SURE  i usually close up any bathroom window as soon as i climb my ladder near it  .That goes for any open window where i have previously seen a FULL COMMODE near it

I have to agree about the cheques, Ask when you first arrive if cheque is ok, Wait until you finish job and then go looking for cheque book and write it out  >:( At least its payment, Unlike some tossers  ::)

yes the cheque thing ive had but also when they take ages to find their purse when you ve finished when they could easily have come out when you were cleaning to pay you!

"can you come back in a few hours ive just got the baby to sleep!"

"not this time as their still clean!that pole does a really good job!!"

"just do the front as i cant be bothered to open the back!"

"can you come back tommorrow for your money im in between 930- 400"

"i dont use cheque books anymore!"

"i never have cash on me these days!"
price higher/work harder!

Customers who put massive terracotta pots by the windows so no way of getting to them.

Open windows

Spiky plants by windows

And one we had this week - you cleaned the windows 6 weeks ago and I should have rung you to say that there was a smear on them. You can come and have a look tomorrow/put it right! Oh, but I have recleaned one of them and oh you can only come once every 5 months as well but I don't want to pay any more when they are filthy and I don't like WFP but you better not miss a window. Guess who we aren't going back to

Ones that follow you about telling you long monologue stories about how their shopping expedition to Tescos was spoilt by the rain.
