Hi Guys,

recently had some commercial enquires for office blocks which also require internal cleaning.

normally i either use spray bottle and wipe over with microfibre cloth or for high ones use applicator then wrap cloth over.

this is fine for a few windows but i am looking at 50 plus for 1 job and 100 on another so i think dedicated internal equipment is required.

any1 used the vikan system ?  looks good and gardiners have an adaptor to fit on wfp.

or what about these waggy tail things - might even consider one of those karcher thingys.

so what do you reckon, any of the above any good?

dont think they are being silly, bucket and squeegie is by far the best and fastest method for internal. if its high work then think about vikan kits etc

yep plenty of high ones - full length (floor to ceiling) ones

squeegee and bucket is messy and long winded.

its still got to be quicker than buggering about with vikan, karcher etc.

ceiling to floor windows are easy with a short pole and trad gear and doesnt need to be messy or long winded

So i take it that the very best, fastest, cleanest and most professional way to clean around 100 inside windows is with squeegee and bucket of water then rub over with cloth 

fair enough, then i dont need to spend cash on the vikan system

When i do internals i spray a small amount on window use aplicator then squeegee and wipe off any water on the sill

hard to reach - conny roofs are a light spray rubbed over with damp (almost dry) applicator then rubbed over with a microfibre cloth over the applicator for good finish and no water drips.

but i think this is quite time consuming for large jobs.

If you are looking at picking up the lots of internal work then the quickest, cheapest and easiest way is to use a squeegee. Go for your microfibre and a bottle you would be there for a long long time I guess that might not be the answer you were hoping to here but for the vast majority of indoor work it has got to be the answer although the vikan easy shine kit might help you out, I guess, but I have not used one so I dont know if it would or not.
