Yeovil's grim Robert... What aircraft is he on?

It's hard work and you feel like they're never going to trust you with a spanner because of all the extra training, task books and bull****

It can be boring sometimes if all the aircraft are out on sorties and you're stuck in the crew room twiddling your thumbs.....

Best bit is getting an "Early Chop" (Early finish) and meeting up with your oppo's down the local..... ;)

I'm thinking of getting the Rotovac.
Are they heavy to carry about?
do you spend less time agitating?
are they good on things like sock fluff/dye on carpets? (you know, those wee bits of sock fibre that are threaded into the carpet and only come out with a stiff hand brush or by picking at them! yeah right)
Is it good on greying areas? without the need of boosters to the preyspray etc

No suppliers of them are in my area or near by so cant really test then out.

thanks
tony

He's on helicopters Colin but having KO'd the navy's boxing champ and being a reasonable footballer he's been asked to fight and play football for the navy but being based in Woefull he's not sure if this will happen.

Good to see you're enjoying your new toy.

Is he on a Sea King or Lynx cicuit?

The Navy will bend over backwards (no pun intended ;D) to accommodate your son's football and boxing skills. My next door neighour's on the Rugby team and they fly him back from all over the world so he can play in matches.....

Tony, you talking about the Rotovac 360i and not the twin headed one?
The 360i is not too heavy that you cant carry it about comfortably, its got weigh - I think its 39 lbs.

Releasing stains is more to do with the cleaning fluids, the agitation and dwell time, but the 360i will give it a good flush.  It will work at relatively low psi so good for portables - I went down to 200psi, maybe it would work lower then that but someone else will have to comment.

Yip thats the one i was meaning Joe. Sounds good then as i run a portable.

I mentioned the agitaion as when i look at videos of it in action, it looks like it gives the carpet a good scrub.

Are the drying times better or as good as wanding? in general?

Tony
there are different heads you can put onto the 360i, if you click on the RV 360i advert that appears above this thread then you will se 5 heads. One of these is for really bad carpets that need a good scrubbing.

I found the carpet to feel dryer then when using my wand.
