why would you want 25L of fairy ? thats alot of dishes to be washed  ;D

if you are meaning for window cleaning I would advise against using fairy and get some gg4 or gg3 depending on the hardness of your water. gives a far better result

You can buy it in 5litres and it is perfect for window cleaning.
We used it for about 25 years, never had a problem.
I know loads of cleaners who use it, and have done for many many years, without problems.

It attracts dirt and esp insides you can see where the blade has been after a few weeks. It's just too strong IMHO.

So if it attracts dirt it is doing its job correctly, giving you repeat business :P
