Soffit and fascias

Hi all, im just wondering how people price these up??

Im guessing you would quote by length if so how much you guys charging roughly???

Any help would be great :)

As a rough guide I charge £20 a side...ie average 3 bed semi= £50-60

some go on per meter, but i usually jsut walk around the house and think of a number

3 bed semi with 5M either side including gable ends and windows around £80 - £100 depending how dirty they are.

i price them with hr rate and also depends on what area u live in aswell.as i priced 1 the other day took 2hrs £40 just priced another in a posh area will take me 3hrs price £90.

£4 per meter for me i recentlly up my price from £3 per meter , once i got my pressure waser and telescopic lance ive picked up loads more of the pvc work .

go on how long you think it will take you  1 hour   60 quid  happy days  and  i all ways  tie a  scrim to my brush  to dry it off better finish

I price per meter.....but two differant rates one for easy stuff and one for filthy.
Also re drying the upvc after cleaning,i allways do this.I have a 14" foamex tile squegee.It is on the end of a 20ft pole and a quick run along the fascia bottoms and soffits to take the drips out leaves them spotless.
