 hi all we all have our own pricing range, some more than others, just want a rough idea as to how mutch to price for conservatery roof cleans in the london area, taking in to acount that most are coverd in algey moss ect trad or wfp...............pete

if i was in london and the roof was full of algae on an average sized conny i would say £100+ and throw in the conny windows,frames,outside gutters as you will dirty them anyway!

up north here i have a £50 min for said roofs!

HI PETE DEFINITLEY WFP   MIN £40 IF IT IS COVERED IN ALGAE £65  THATS WHAT I QUOTE AND NEVER GET TURNED DOWN ,I FIND A SILL BRUSH HEAD BEST FOR THIS JOB OR A HALF MOON BRUSH HEAD (SAME THING) AS I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE AND THIS WORKS THE BEST ESPECIALLY ON YHE TOP FINIALS,I ALSO FIND SPRAY JETS THE BEST ONLY FOR CON ROOFS THOUGH .HOPE THIS HAS HELPED

SHOULD ONLY TAKE ABOUT 1&1/2 HOURS WITHOUT SEEING IT

by the time you ve cleaned it and packed up if it takes you hour and a half £40 isnt much really if your livin and working in london!

i would charge 100quid down south and take my time and do it in 2 hours(£50 an hour)thats more like it!!
