back supports

got myself a back support from b&q the other day and i will highly recommend these for anyone with back problems .

I had to use one for a while quite a few years ago.
Although medical expenses are not tax deductible, medical appliances that enable you to work ARE tax deductible.  So keep the receipt and claim it as a normal work related expense.  I put mine through with the consent of my accountant - and he's dead straight.

sorry i aint replied , if you go on b&q website do a search for back supports , it comes up saying book supports scroll down the page and they are there . if i knew how to put the link i would but not sure how to do this . these are what they look like and are kept where they keep tool belts in b&q .

because ive got bad back probs, they told me not2 where the belt as they could make my back worse  :(
because they dont let u use ur lower back the way it should be used, n that make it weaker  :-\
or if like mine can pass the prob further up my back ::)

ive prolapsed disc in my back and it was the doctor who told me about these said they were the best back support hes seen , ive used mine for the last few days an have noticed a differance .

i had 4  prolapsed discs in my back the lower 2 where nearly all out  :-X
they said i was 24hours away from never walkin again  :( so i know how u feel m8.
but if u want my advice..... get a second app  ;)  trust me NEVER take ricks with ur back  :(
they thought i had done the same till i paid 4myself 2 have a mri scan  ::) 4yrs & 4opps later
& my dad of 67 is in much better condition than iam  :(  im only 40.
