Whats your PPM reading at your water supply?

The water coming from your pole should be 0PPM from a DI system.

Check your brush head is clean. I've heard a dirty brush even with clean water causes spotting. Clean it in a bucket of pure water every job/house and that might help you out.

Thats all I can think of, anything else lads?

Resin needs to be changed anything over 10tds can cause spoting but some do go as high as 15tds. If it is a first clean with the wfp give it a good brush and rinse. And in some ocasions go back and give a second rinse, spend a little more time on first cleans, as the customer will check, if they find they are ok they proberbly wont check next time. :)
