Title: Help with stain from Christmas tree base

Hello. We have a stain on our cream carpet from where we directly sat our Christmas tree base for the last 6 weeks (image below).

The stain isn't sticky so I am not sure that it's sap. From some basic searching that I've done, perhaps it's jute browning from moisture that might have been in the Christmas tree base?

I've tried a basic carpet shampoo from 'Dr Beckmann' but it did nothing.

Would greatly appreciate some guidance on what this might be/solution to removing it! Many thanks.

You need to get a professsional carpet cleaner in . This is not a job for someone who hasn't a clue about stain removal.
