Is this forum dead now? There has been very little activity lately. Is nobody interested anymore? no problems? no recommendations? no stories to tell? or is it just that everyone is a fully competent carpet cleaner and is just too busy to post on here? I'm ( hopefully ) going to kick off a new thread......
What is the longest distance you have travelled to do a job?

To answer your other question, I travelled 30 miles once. Most of my work is within 6 miles of my home

225 miles. We cleaned some holiday accommodation in a lovely part of the country. We were paid and had a free holiday
home for a few days as well, it was February but still worth every mile!

As mike says Facebook has about 10 CC forums and this one has stopped being used.
110 miles from Bury to Solihull.It was for my daughter though.
Seriously it's not over 25 miles when I used to clean show homes for a builders.
Normally never travel more than 5 miles to a job.
