Title: How do we Monetise Cleaning Leads?

Looking for some advice please?
My wife and her friend are the only cleaners we have in our business, as we no longer employ people.
The business has been at full capacity for about 1 year now.
Our problem is that our website generates around 4 enquiries per day (commercial and domestic), how do we monetise these opportunities without employing staff?

That’s really good to get 4 enquires per day from website,

One good thing I would suggest would be to subcontract your work, therefore you would not have to worry about doing it yourself and you will still take a profit from the enquiry.

If you would like to discuss a potential subcontractor I will be happy to help you, I am the owner of Cristal Cleaning Services we operate nationwide and have around 50 employees most of them being mobile cleaners and would be more than happy to help out.
