Established Contract Cleaning Business for sale due to change in circumstances.
Existing Annual contracts have all recently been renewed for the 4th time.
Contracts are for Communal area cleans of residential apartment blocks for a leading national property management company.
Huge potential for growth as offers to tender for new sites are offered regularly by the managing agents.
JM has an outstanding reputation for reliability and because of this, have built an excellent working relationship with the national managing agent we mainly contract for. We have never expanded as the contracts held were as much as we wanted to do, however we are still regularly invited to tender for further sites, so growth could be easily achieved.
Currently owner operated but ideal as add on to existing cleaning / property maintenance company.
Separately to the cleaning contracts, the managing agent we contract for is always on the lookout for quality maintenance contractors ad hoc for general building maintenance or to tender for major works.
