Monthly Avg Value:  £1900
Established for:  17 Years

Well established traditional window cleaning round for sale in Ashley Heath area just outside Ringwood. Would suit WFP system. Majority of customers are within a 1 mile radius so light on fuel costs and travel time.

Monthly average is £1900 with most cleans every 4 or 6 weeks. Max 3 days per week for 1 person. Affluent area so good payers with mix of cash / cheque / bank transfers. Included in the price is the round plus a few regular UPVC cleans. Plenty of customers have one off UPVC cleans, patio cleans etc if you want them but I have not included these in the price so there are opportunities to increase business revenue.

Will happily introduce all customers and clean the round with the buyer if required. Majority of customers have been with me for 15+ years so this is a great opportunity to buy a well established business with good paying customers with the opportunity to expand in a desirable area. The customers are well aware I am selling up and are used to having different guys working with me over the last year whilst I have been in the process of changing career.
