Title: Invite to tender

Hi All

I have been sent an invite to tender on 165 new build houses, both builders cleans and sparkle cleans.
I have done basic quotes for these before but this time they want a proper tender package and I'm not sure what this actually includes. Has anyone got something they wouldn't mind sharing or any advice would be very much appreciated.

They should have a tender document pack that would lay this all out, detail what they want, and how they want the response.

It would also include all the details of the standard they expect etc.

they'll want a staged price breakdown, your RAMS, possibly CSCS cards or any H&S accreditations, how long is the quote set for, how much is your variation rate either/day or hourly
