Round for sale Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells
£2000 average every 4 weeks WFP
£400 average every 4 weeks Ladder work
Total - £2400 average every 4 weeks.
Round is cleaned 4/8 weekly.
I’ve had it for 12 years. Guy I bought it off 9 years so a good solid round that has served me very nicely!
I do £35-£40 per hour easily on this work even when the ladder work is involved.
Reason for sale - relocating
I’m looking for £8000.00.

That basically works out at x4 per clean for the WFP work and you get the ladder work for free and you take a chance on it. Most will probably change to WFP but I cannot guarantee it 100%
Payment cash, bank transfer and a few cheques though cheques are gradually dying out month on month.
