Post by: Ed. on January 14, 2020, 01:51:43 pm
So today this guy has ask me for a full price on all windows cleaned, all guttering cleaned outside and all facias cleaned. What would you charge for this ? Just don’t wanna over price it or under price it,  he said apart from the window circled doesn’t want that done as getting window fixed. Thanks in advance.

Where are you based?

This will effect price.

Prices in my area are more like
- £20 one off windows,
- £85 all upvc cleaned.
-£50 for a gutter clearance.

If this was in my area.
Windows regular 4 wkly would be £20 with a first clean price of £30.   This being on the basis of a regular customer.   However as a one off it would be £40, if just the windows and not the other jobs on top.
Therefore with the other jobs, i would keep it at
£30 for the windows.
£200 for the rest (not including inside gutter cleaning), as you would need to clean down all the pvc boards on the upstairs windows as well.
Throw in a coffee and it would be done end of this month   👍

I would just saunter around that, taking my time, being thorough. It's nothing special, but a bit of pride helps.

3 hours later, which incidentally is half a day for you too Fatty, the job would be finished.

Im sure it could be done nicely in 2 hours, but its not a race for me anymore.
