There isn't a standard price for Tile & Grout Cleaning!  It all depends on  dozens of different factors such as

Size of Tile
Type of tile
Total M2
Width of Grout Joints
Severity of Contamination
Type of Contamination
Access
Domestic or Commercial
Type of machinery you have

The list is endless
