Good afternoon members,
So I’ve picked myself up a relatively cheap Airflex Storm.
But I’ve got issues with the pumps psi, basically it will prime fine, the bleed hose does have a pulsing feel to it tho.
The issue is no matter if the machine is running at 300,400,500 or even 600 psi every time you press the trigger it drops on the gauge to around 150/200 psi.
I’ve checked the in-tank mushroom and been told the pump head is brand new. What could be causing my problems?
Thank you
Chris

could cleantalk not sort you out :)
hard to tell , but , firstly jets ... are your jets really old , brass wears and widens the hole so you might have some higher flow than you think . try it with something else ( a handtool ?) same problem .
are you getting decent pressure at the tool despite the reading ? guage issue ?
Could the uploader be sending more water back to the tank than it should ? not sure if that happens but perhaps
could you have been lied to , pump head old ot bad repair ?

The pump head as a white crispy substance coming out of each end, and Matt as advised me from cleansmart that my jets are the wrong size, so ordering the size he’s advised me to replace them with. I do use both forums as different members across each board. But always take on all advice given.

That cant be good , perhaps send Matt that pic and see what he says

also .. are you priming the pump first , like get an open ended bit of hose , and run the water through it back into your tank for a minute or so

Hi there John,
Sent Matt that photo and I’ve only just got the machine 2nd hand but can confirm the previous owner and myself prime the pump first before use.

You don't get that on new pumpheads.
