Are you looking to increase End of tenancy, Pre Tenancy and Builder Cleans in the County you are based.
As a company we cover 48 counties across England and 7 major cities in Scotland. We are the preferred contractor for some of the countries best known estate agents, letting agents property management groups as well as working for landlords who have extensive property portfolios.
Due to the ongoing growth of reach and numbers of properties we are called upon daily to cleans for properties that tenants are moving out from or new tenants are moving into, Swish Clean is looking for companies who can offer End of Tenancy cleaning Pre Tenancy Cleaning and Builder Cleans.
We have cleans daily from small 2 bedroom apartments to 6 bedroom equestrian estates.
