Title: Biggest Cat urine stain ever!

Did this job today, they has a bit of an odour problem, the smell was incredible

any secret formula you used on it  ?   bet you'l be dreading to hear back from them ... still a bit of a smell  :-\

They accepted that the stain was permanent damage they just wanted something done with the smell. Problem was the carpet had been glued to the gripper (so I couldn’t turn the carpet back and replace the underlay and check the floor boards which is how I would normally go about something like this) so had to just flood the carpet then waterclaw it out

We’ll have To see if the smell returns, as we left there was zero smell (not even the solution we used) so the smell wasn’t just masked.

I had some of this in the unit from a job lot of chemicals I bought yonks a go.

I also had some chemical I  bought from Restormate for skunk odours but it so powerful you can smell it for weeks,  so didn’t want to use it, I think it’s called odourX
