Title: Family business shares?

Hi we have a substantial window cleaning ect business, with six people on our payroll one of whom is my son who has been working with us since  leaving school. He is on the payroll but I want to bring him into the business.  Is there anybody out there that is in the same predicament? If so what have you done?

Ask your accountant about gifting him shares ?
