Title: Chemicals / consumables
Post by: Jim McPhail on April 10, 2019, 01:02:02 pm
Almost out of the consumables I had to buy with my previous franchise and need to restock. I know everybody has their own preferences but would just like some feedback on some of what is out there. We do mainly commercial and to date have used the product supplied with the equipment etc. For residential looking for ease of use rather than cost etc, tried the Solutions range and was not that impressed so rather than buy some of each product some reasons why you use the consumables you use.

Thanks

If not solutions,

can't really go wrong with Chemspec cumbria's trial packs..

or give John Kelly a buzz at restormate..

Jim

I  tried
Dirtbusters
Chemspec
Alltec
Hydramaser
Solutions
Prochem
Craftex
And various others that I have acquired ,
Looking for the holy grail of chemicals and never found it , the reason there isn’t one .

In the end
I upgraded my machine ,my agitation and added heat and found that they all worked 100% better

I now mainly stay with solutions as I like the fact they are mostly eco friendly .they all work if used correctly, ie heat of mix, dwell time etc

Franchise own products are rebranded products bought at a cheaper price and sold at a considerable mark up price and maybe not a suitable product

Thanks again, with doing mainly commercial work the most common issue is tea and coffee which I have found Amtech zip it to be quite effective and easy to use, but will check out the suggestions offered.

commerical with tea and coffee...

Dynamall blew me away... using it for low moisture..

Oxybreak (cleanmaster) and Hydro 202 (solutions) are also great..
