Title: Static system.
Post by: richyp on December 15, 2018, 02:59:21 pm
Can anyone recommend a company that comes out and installs static systems. 3000 litres per day will be needed initially but need a system to cope with at least double that. Water in my area is between 70/90 ppm. Will need auto shut off etc and auto flush etc. Basicly something to run itself as much as possible. Any advice on your current systems would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I’d say Grippatank if you really need them to install it? But would be cheaper to do it yourself!

Easier to pay someone to get it set up correctly so there's no messing about.

I had Pure freedom make a static for me.
4040 ro and booster with inline tds meters, auto shut off and shut down of booster pump, transfer pump and hose etc,ect was all attached to metal plate then attached to ibc and delivered.
All I had to do was plug in and attach to a tap very easy to use and a great system.

Richy

All good stuff above, I would give them all a ring and tell them your specifications.

Also, give Lee Pryor a ring as i'm sure he produces that and more!

Where I get I mine, he only does commercial and he purchased a second hand 'Desalination' water system from a ship' This thing is frickin massive and produces pure like there's no tomorrow!

Its true that Ionic did mine. I had to build the damn thing though. 2 days Im glad I wont have to do again lol.

Ours is 10,000L and produces about 7000L in 24 hours running at 200psi.

What's the size tank you have Lee, and how much was that in total and does it produce reliable water and fully automated? Will check out the other recommended companies also and thanks guys.
