Hi Lee, not sure if this has already been asked, but how many customers did you lose percentage wise when changing all customers to go cardless only?

Well I havnt forced all our customers over.

For the last 3 years anyone joining us has to use it. Since then existing customers have had letters, texts, emails ect asking them to change. We are at about 92% on now. I may or may not force the rest next year.

We really havnt lost anything to it at all. Maybe 1 in 40/50 new customers don't use us when we tell them they have to
