first picture is the One That I Want you see how the jubilee clip holds it in place and it's a brass connector that fits into the Hozelock
If you know anything better let me know I don't like the plastic ones they are rubbish

If no luck Purefreedom do them, check your size as I think there are 2 sizes

Circuit Hydraulics on Ebay sell them
They have the swivel listed but not the coupler.

The coupler is one of these but has a different hose tail - 1/2" and 3/4" combo.

You could just email them and ask them to list one for you provided they have stock.

Or Gardiners.

This is more like the one that I have
The three items link from Screwfix I don't think they can next to the hoes do they the way that one does?
As for window Cleaning Warehouse gardeners or gripper that's fine I can call them and see if I can get a swift delivery my local cleaning spot place does not have them really annoying

Im a bit lost here , you say you want to replace the brass female that you have just linked to ?
So why order that with a 6mm tail , its not going to fit to the braided clear you have !
What i use is the 4 piece set that was linked above from screwfix , also gotten from wickes at £8.99 .
What does the other end of the braided hose connect to ......pump/Di ?
-
I have 1 in the shed I dont want that came with reels I bought from wintecs.
North wales.

Window cleaning warehouse
Can you link that product from any of the three suppliers you mentioned had a quick look on window Cleaning Warehouse can't find it
-
I bought a few of them from Circuit Hydraulics off Ebay. Hence I know they sell them. They have step down hose couplings so you can use them for either 1/2" or 3/4" hose.
-
been on the phone no one has this exact product.... Circuit Hydraulics offered me the one you linked but they need to remove the adapter please take a good look at the photo the scewfix stuff linked is nothing like the one i have which is very good im sick of the other kinds poping out i want more of these they are the best ill try Gardiners now god knows what they are or where theyre from but can anyone else tell me a hose lock they use which they use a clip to keep in place that doesnt pop out?
-
ok i found an option from Gardiners the pro 26 end stop half inch and the swivel around £15 for both
-
So the braided hose is half inch , normal garden hose size then ?
Is the swivel shot or the connector ?
-
Here is one unscrewed , the tail is 12.5mm / half inch , that should go right on the braided hose with the supplied collar or just jubileed up as you have it at the mo .
One of the 2 fittings you see has a waterstop built in , this one may restict flow so i would go with the other to be safe .
-
I'm pretty sure this would work as well.

Why can't you just do this like we do on all four of our reels? :

This is exactly what i am using at the minute Simon , never a problem , i only switch to the brass female when the heater goes in as more pressure is involved then .
Perhaps the OP has his pressure too high , hence the popping off ?

appreciate the info mate i defo need it jubileed up i really dont get on with any of the twisting methods . so i think the Gardiner ones are the best around £15 + post but it seems a serious connection sod the twisty stuff ! yes it keeps popping out set at 60 they seem to last around 2 months then deteriorate when that happens they pop out in any pressure even 40!

Thanks spruce yes these are the sort of connections i need ones that are strictly jubilee clipped up it turns out i raided the shed and found my hose lock plastic connector grave yard can you believe it around 40 hose locks some with valves over a good 10 years+ at what £7 each we talking £280 of waste ? sod that im getting good connectors next time alot cheaper in the long run ...
reason why i raided shed was to find a spare one of those connectors and i actually did only 1 of those and 40 plastic ones says alot! but it must have been in the hoselock grave yard for a reason tested it and it worked so ill ride it out for now
