Title: Help !

Fitted new spindle on hose reel as was leaking bad
So took it all to bits fitted new spindle put back together
Tested it ok for leaks but now when I stop it on controller then restart pump not kicking in unless I take of hose connector then put it back on it works
Any suggestions

Try caliberating  the pressure on the  control unit.

Happens all the time when i have to disconnect the main hose, you have trapped air in it.  Its an easy fix if you have a strainer before pump. Turn pump on and slightly undo the lid on the strainer till the water comes gushing through and then obviously retighten.
