Title: linoleum flooring

Hi
I have to clean some linoleum in a reception area of a dental practice. Can anyone suggest the best type of cleaner / method which will do the job. I haven't got any pictures as I've not yet priced the job up. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi.
If it is linoleum and you haven't  got any experience in cleaning this material you may be better walking away from this one. Post some pictures and hopefully the floor can be correctly identified. Will be easier to advise from there.

Good advice - Thanks for replying, appreciate that.
I sometimes do domestic end of tenancy cleaning so attended the Prochem training days for carpets and upholstery so as not to ruin someone's carpets. I must admit it did put the wind up me a bit. This side of my business has really taken off because the customers like the end result. I might invest in a buffer for future work if commercial keep on asking me for quotes.

Hi I use a product called liquid shovel to strip polish off linoleum flooring. Its a stripper that will not damage the surface,  run, or bleed of the linoleum. Iv used it many times and get great results.

BUckeye have been around a long time.

Finding a stripper that doesnt yellow the lighter colour of marmoleum has always been a challenge.

I have a meeting with the Forbo tomorrow so this is interesting news. I will need to trial some as I have never found one yet that can remove thick layers without damage to the colours.

Yes please. We need an order of diamonds soon so maybe they could come up together?
