A plastic angle adaptor is best mate, you can adjust it for any angle to suit depending on the pitch/length of roof etc. I do lots of velux, It's one of my selling points for wfp. ;)

What about a goosneck with plastic angle on end or TWO plastic angle adaptors screwed together?

I've done both in the past but I can get all my velux with one plastic angle now.

A goosneck is to allow the brush into deep set window reveals. I have a 12" gardiner G-fit but I only need it every now & then. When I do use it though I still put an angle adaptor on the end which allows me any brush angle still.
