Title: Thinking of selling part of my round in Lincs.

Ive got part of my round for sale, it generates about £1800 per Month and is a mixture of Commercial and Domestic with regular gutter and fascia cleans and conny roof cleans.

What could i expect to get......

Get a proper business valuation,or listen to the muppets on here who will tell you to sell for 3 x monthly turnover... ::)

that muppet prob sells his for x3 if not less  ;D no less than x5 fella  ;) wot the hell round it up to 10k looks n sounds better  ;D

dont know m8  ::) ive never used it myself. try gumtree its free  ;)

Ebay fees are about 15% mate,so ya looking at about £1500 worth of fees on 10k!!

I may also be interested, the furthest we have domestic in Cambs is Wisbech, so your work is not that far from there.
