I have cleaned a number of buffalo suede suites, synthetic pile, natural backing.  Looks absolutely terrible when wet but cleans up lovely.  Don't use solvents and watch out for de-lamination.

I use No2 without any problems.

Thanks Chris,

I declined to clean as I was not sure.

However I did phone Alltec and spoke to Robert Saunders and he agreed with you Chris, including Dry cleaning bit apart from one  small detail product I could use.

Hi Guys,

I have cleaned about 30 fake suedes of varying quality with both MS and detergents.

Not really a problem but better to keep temperature fairly low and pre spray and work in with a microfibre cloth.

Hydrocarbon solvents should be avoided as they will cause delamination which will show itself as bubbling.

Cheers,
