Title: IAN GILES , or anybody really
Post by: P @ F on August 10, 2005, 09:44:57 pm
Saw a post earlier but cant find it again , about wfp , you said about tellin customers about not wanting to go up ladders due to regs and insurance issues , well im goin as you prob know over to wfp in the next few days and i really dont want the hassle of using ladders anymore , in fact to the point of taking the ladders and racking off my van , im thinkin of as you said tellin people that i will not be doin the ladder bit anymore and if they dont like it dropping them , im not sure if this is a sound business move , i have found it easy enough to get what i have so gettin more wont be a problem .
Just wanted your opinion on this ?

I dont think it is good business to DROP them, it appears arrogant!.
Better, would be to let the customer make the decision: accept the new cleaning method or find another WC using the older method of Cleaning. Let them know you regret losing there valuable custom. Should they be unhappy with the nextt WCeaner, they can give you a bell and youll take them back on (using WFP).

Email addresses are in the members profiles.  except mine.
this is not the case graham as it is hidden!

if we had pm's we could get around this

i fully understand why members prefer to keep thier email address hidden, mine included

P"F : If I were you I would do 1/3 off round wfp 2/3 trad then next time around 2/3 round then 1/3 trad and so on,because those who refuse to change gives you three to four months to replenish your round as you go with lost customers.

I tried it all in one go,look what happenned to me
