Title: backpack problems

i bought a backpack from john hewitt in blue same wcw one...first time i use it..
i cleaned 2 windows switched it off fine
turned back on..... nothing
if i put it on charge .....and turn it on powers up ok
turn power to charger off..... nothing
any ideas please guys,seems a good bit of kit too.

yeah does like a good bit of kit - seen alot of posts on here with a few probs from backpacks.

i dont use one yet but im interested to see the prob with this backpack

im sure you will sort it soon mate.

cheers m8,nice and light even when full very easy to carry.
just emailed john hewitt to see what the problem is.
yeah does like a good bit of kit - seen alot of posts on here with a few probs from backpacks.

i dont use one yet but im interested to see the prob with this backpack

bet its handy for the backs of houses - all my customers seem to fill the garden with so much junk you cant move.

did it start off with a full charge?
make sure the on off switch is off when u put it on charge  :-\
have u lifted the top off 2 nake sure all the conections r nice n tight?
apart from those ideas m8, im as stuck as u are ???

not sure if it had full charge but notice when charger is on the voltage meter is not going up so thinking about checking connections.

latest update is the battery seems to be charging now but.......
it doesnt even work with the charger in now :<

The wire is hanging off the battery. They are infamous for this.

no they are both in m8,but now the pump doesnt seem to start even with power on!

check fuse isnt blown then check if  charger is in working order by pluggin it into a electric shaver have got one meself just use for awkward winds

check connecter has not come off .on off switch .happened to me once

its usually always the connectors on the battery, there either off when you get it or they come off when your using it

i bended up doing that
ended up changing the cheap  internal hoses  and put in 2 new
tightened all wiring connections
no problems sinse
