Title: tendering advise

hi guys

im abt to do my 1st tender and going on wednesday to look around the premises.....and was just wondering if you guys could give me any advise?

the cleaning area is 25,000ft and will have to clean on daily basis 2.5hrs a night, i will work out how many cleaners i need once looked around!

as this is the first time im going to price a job like this i was wanting to know if you guys cud tell me what kind of questions i should be asking? i have some but just dont want to miss anything out? hope u can help?
