Ok guys
I used wfp for the first time today on a couple of customers who have windows that are a bit ackward of the ladders, I've also been practising on my own house, the flat above as it's empty and had filthy windows and my parents house. I now want to use it tomorow on the 1st floor windows on certain custies.
For those that have made the change, how long before you felt confident using it ? My results have been pretty good so far (except one window where there was a run of White spots coming from the top seal) but I'm getting my self tied in knots with my hose ::)

when i convered over 5 yrs ago i did a few at a time, as they take longer to begin with ,as you want to leave them feeling good about wfp, choose the ones that you think will accept it better , print a letter to outline whats involved, give to them before cleaning , when you convert more they will have seen you using it , the speed will come , but not before a lot of trial and error, there will be days when you consider going back to trad, but stick at it.

good advise Daz,
Select a few custy's - those you know well and start there - explain the process.
it took me about 6 weeks to start being really happy with it - ie not worring about weather i was going to leave spots etc..
then a further 2 months before i could walk away from any job without a second thought.
BUT still trying not to get caught up in knots with the hose, some days even a blade of grass snags it up something rotten.

Offer to go back to clean any runs and nine times out of ten they will be fine. Just take your time on the first clean and when you get the glass sterile you'll never look back.

Just been back to my parents house to inspect the windows as I done them a second time this afternoon and they look cock on. ;D
Don't want to have to go back to every house and do it again though.
