do many of you guys do first cleans for builders? I usually do take them on, but from now i think i will have to reconsider. I have spent the last 3 days doing a first clean for a builder who is the very epitome of fussy and particular!!! My hands are all cut up and i can hardly bend them he kept talking to me as if i didn't know what i was doing and he ended up cleaning them along with me.
when you do a first clean - what do you clean?
how do you clean it?
and how clean would you expect themto be when you leave?
-
would never even consider doin them m8. my m8 runs a cleanin company that does all that sort of thing... & she is welcome 2it ::)

Ive done them and not anymore, pure headache and the site manager has his head so far up his own ass, dont need to do them as got enough regular work...

Sounds to me like you should leave it to the professionals - try Atkinsons in Doncaster they are very good at this sort of thing :P

im pretty sure i qualify as a professional i think you will find.

Didn't mean to dis you, but you sound as if you've had problems with a fairly basic job ;D

can prove to be a real problem as you normally get the blame for any scratches etc that the builders have made. These normally go unseen until the glass is cleaned on both sides !!
I get them to sign a disclaimer, although I generally steer clear these days.
