Title: Advice Needed

heres the thing,

Ive got a part timer at the mo 2 days a week and im obviously 5 days a week.

Do i have a full timer with me at all times.

Or do i get another van and set up and send him off to do all the Commercial stuff.....

does anyone have a ball park figure of running another van (scudo size) and set up on a yearly cost ?? for van alone !

Keep the part timer with you until he's working 5 days a week with you.
Then think about setting up another van etc.......

Yes
Once you work them to death 5 days a week, and they get used to it, they will KNOW what you expect from them, and hopefully, once your business grows, they will treat the guy who you eventually employ to go with him, the same way :P
