round for sale
the first section is in duckinfield then you drive to the next section in audenshaw (takes 5 mins)
the round is cleaned every 2 weeks and takes 2 men 5 hours
the takings are aprox £200 per clean... which equates to over 5k per annum
this is an excellent startup round or add on for your existing work
i usually take about 75 percent cash as i clean, so no need to collect every fortnight
this is a genuine round with good customers
i do not have a fixed price for this work... i am open to offers
all you lads in the northwest know the current value of w/c rounds and how scarce they are, so NO silly offers

not that desperate to sell mate!
-
off topic ,how are you after your health problems
-
Is it wfp or trad?
Might be interested because i may be buying a few days work in stockport in the next month
Danny

if you are interested in leasing the work to me i will give you the whole of the takings for an agreed amount of time which will work far better financially than just selling it outright i can asure you, i will also be very happy to return the round to you if a single payment is missed for you to sell on regardless of the money i had already paid you. Interested, ring me on 0161 3450686 cheers Robbie
-
thanx for your concern stan....
got no feeling in my left arm and they told me it will never return, but i keep ploddin on mate
rob, sorry mate, the work is for sale only, renting or leasing work out is not something i like to do
danny, the work is mostly trad but there is a small part which i wfp due to awkward laddering over canopies, however it could all be wfp if you wanted, i dont think the customers would mind at all

RICHYWILTS,
Thanks for mentioning me regarding the work for sale on here, please bear me in mind as i am always looking to buy work
but regarding this work everclean wasnt desperate enough to take up your offer, but is obviously still trying to sell
IF i was selling, i would contact most people to sell the work, but then again you NEVER have to advertise good work - it sells itself
-
for info
yes im not desperate to sell as the work will increase in value as the summer draws upon us
i never really am desperate as my staff clean this round which free's me up to do other things
i've had a couple of offers but im not prepared to sell at the prices i was offered...so archer feel free to make an offer or to make an appointment to view the round, as i would be more than happy to show you the work
-
cant be that great if not sold yet hey neverclean??.
-
Everclean,
thanks for the offer, but £200 in 5 hours isnt what im looking for.
I am looking for quality compact work and will pay serious money for the right work.
I am choosy, as i have quite abit of work and am looking for that little bit extra, so i myself am not desperate.
-
ok cheers any way chris
and info for cleen......... THE ROUND IS SOLD

cleeen..... just had a look at your profile, i might have guessed you were a southerner, so if you have got nothing to say of a constructive manner, then i suggest you dont say anything at all.......ok
