mitie do loads and as far as i know are not licensed in scotland. Any national or large shop chain will be taken over by thes elarger companies and then subbed out it seems.

its hard to know with the big co's who actually has the contract cos they all sub to each other.

it seems alot of big chains use one cleaning company and then they just sub it out for a stupid low price!

something like yell.com helps get sub work as the cleaning company would just look up a few wc in an area and just go with the cheapest.
