im thinking of getting a brodex 18 ft hydra for my regular small domestic and a 31ft carbon fibre hydra for big country houses/3 storey etc
do u know the collapsible length of the 18ft and is it ok for downstairs work(im 6ft/2in with long arms!) ;D ;D ;)
do any of you recommend these poles for robustness and value as well as bein quite light(ish!)?
im hoping these 2 poles will be enough for all my work along with my ladders/trad stuff.

ive got a old brodex that is 22ft, the closed length is about 5ft6 i think if not bigger. Just got myself a gardiners SLX22 and its fantastic, closed length of less than 5ft and its really rigid so will get over conny roofs no problem, its so light its unbelievable. Also got a supermax40 for the big stuff and the closed length of that is just over 5ft

brodex are very good
I recomment a 7ft alloy hydra for akward downstairs a 5 metre harris diy and a 31 ft brodex alloy.
Or get the 31 ft carbon brodex cheap as chips at the minute.
