we used to lay resiblock years ago which is the best sealant you can get. we used to use superior and 22.  we used it for commercial and domestic. we dont seal anymore as its too much hassle.  besides you are doing yourself out of work each year. if its sealed then you wont be back next year.

drive surgeon i can c ur point about not sealing, but a potential customer asked me about if i sealed and i just put him off with a few excuses because ive read on here that it can be a real pain and you need a spell of gud weather! 8) dont u feel it finishes the job though and that the custy mite be a bit annoyed with weeds etc growing bak a year later? what can u say to them?

all my custys over the 7 years i have been doing the job have not had a problem. you can apply a weed killer after cleaning if your worried. the custys phone up every year happy to have it done again.

I tell them it only inhibits the dirt build up and the weeds and unless they want to enhance the colour it works out cheaper to clean it every other year

What sealer are you using? how hot is it on the day? walk on it - 2 to 4 hours and vechular traffic 24 hours. Applied by roller or spray - I prefer roller
