Title: Hydramaster Dry Tool
Post by: JandS on April 16, 2010, 08:09:13 pm
Bought one 2nd hand about 3 weeks ago and can't believe how
good it is, best £160 I've spent.
Used it a few times now and it knocks loads of time off upholstery
cleaning, or seems to do.
Gets through some water mind but that's outweighed by the clean
and the dryness you get.

I have a love/hate relationship with my drimaster 2, it is great at some things but quite frankly the design leaves a lot to be desired.

The most annoying thing is the way it whistles like a steam train when not touching the fabric, it's a horrendous sound and quite embarrassing!  Also the metal slots can catch the loops on some fabrics, which I found out the hard way once.

That said, it really does knock spots of a standard hand tool when you're ploughing through acres of cushions and all the flat parts of a suite.
