Title: How long would this take to complete?

Hi all,

Can anyone help, I have been asked today to supply a quote for an  e o t clean for a property with:

4 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
1 Living Room
1 dining room
1 office
1 kitchen.

He wants to have the carpets shampoo through out, and a top to toe usually clean.

Can anyone advise me how many hours it would take please,

Hi,

how long is a piece of string? you need to view the property before you can estimate the man hours, Ive done properties of this size with just six man hours, then again it could be a real minger that takes alot of hours to complete, never quote before you see the job.

Send them a written quotation detailing exactly what you are going to do in the property.
