Ink on a sofa cushion nearly always wicks back,
what i do first is un zip cushion and place a sheet of plastic under the stain.
This stops the ink in the filling wicking back, and should be left until totally dry,
otherwise it will keep reappearing.
Maybe use a dry foam cleaner if it is dry clean only, however most can be wet cleaned
with care, dry quickly.

Is the ink on a cushion that you can zip open or on the arm?
If you can unzip the cushion, put your vaccum hose on the reverse of the fabric, stretch the fabric over the hose, switch on the vacs and drip a solvent on the top, the vaccum will suuck the solvent through taking the ink with it.
