As you can see it has 28 windows and 2 doors.
The frames and glass are fairly dirty,so its a first clean type of job.
-
£80 for the first clean, £55 after that if its regular.

£50 would be nice but £35 -£40 on a mthly clean, would expect to take 30mins after a few times and thats a good hourly rate.

Parking an issue out front?
Assuming a van with microbore I reckon £60 for the first clean and then if monthly £35, eot £40.

£65 - £70 1st clean

150

I would go for 75 Quid and 45 Quid every 4 weeks.

Parking could be an issue, double yellow on a one way street, and you have to drive 'round the houses'to the back, about 600 yds.
I reckon an hour for reg clean.
Put me price in for first and reg cleans,a bit high but im not to bothered, got to much to do as it is
-
What would you guys take for inside and outside?
-
double maybe a bit more as it will have to be done trad and theres lots of panes so would take a while :)
-
£100 1st clean £65 all other cleans ;D as long as its every 4weeks ;)
-
depending on how close it was to any other work i would prob go £50 odd for every 4 weeks and £60 odd for 6 weeks. out only
if it wasnt near any other work or any other probs are caused - parking .... i would go £60 4 weeks & £70 6 weeks out only
-
so do most of you charge more on the first clean?? i charge the same on the first clean and see it as an investment in future work. i only charge more if its deffo a one off clean.
-
I always charge more for first clean, most the time double.
Don't see why not usually takes twice as long

if you want it £30 if your not bothered £40 and i do not charge more i see it as an investment aswell and get more recommendations than i can cope with at moment.

Cleaned a huge house last month , and i mean huge, i said £70 a month [ bearing in mind £35 for the one pictured on this thread ] the frames where filthy although the glass was ok ,he had a regular windy that didn't do the frames thats why he wanted to change. I thought do him 1st clean for price of a regular keep him sweet, nice little earner.
Took absolute ages and about 400litres used, got it looking great, guess what !! he's gone back to his old windy >:(.
As a 1 off i would have charged £150 at least. So now i charge more for 1st cleans
-
It took 3hrs 15 mins,glad I charged well enough.
Twice a year job, maybe quicker next time but not a lot
-
100 pounds

We clean one almost identical, and charged more than 150, and on the first clean it took about 40 mins, from pulling up and setting off ;D
