Starplus,
Firstly, I know you say the client has asked for a quiet vacuum but why do you need a quiet vacuum cleaner? Are you cleaning hospitals? Or offices in daytime?
If you are cleaning while the staff are in the office and on the telephone. Dont just rush out and purchase a vacuum cleaner.
Im not knocking greensolutions but Miele are not commercial vacuum cleaners. And are not designed to be quiet for commercial. Also I wouldnt say they are rugged enough.
You need to think about a couple of things.
1st safety. - trailing cables. bad idea.
Now for the quiet part. Battery opperated vacuum cleaner. does both safety and very very quiet. it will run for 40 minutes on battery, obviously you can purchase extra batteries to charge to keep you going longer. Or if you buy a vacuum cleaner that has 12v car batteries that will last about 2 hours. but expensive
take a look at the lonks below. - beaware that karcher are the cheapest. - at £349 depending on what you are doing or you can fo the hi end at £2000 I hope this is of some help.
The other cheapest is the numatic
