It all depends on what market you are aiming for i've got thing like areas covered, services offered, contact details & payment detail ect

its vital that the home page has the wording somewhere on it of the type of thing people are likely to put into google in order to get found.
Such as window cleaner yourhometown

Lists of services & a comprehensive list of areas covered are essential. Main area's & services should be included in your page titles where possible. A privacy policy & a links page are essential,.. and a picture of yourself on the main page is always good.
