Title: filing online tax return

I had employment in november for a few weeks. I paid tax via PAYE.... do i need to declare this on the tax return, cheers.

maybe i rushed that.

What i meant : -   ;D

I went self employed in august.   then in november i got other employment (while still self employed)

I paid tax via PAYE, and also paid N.I on top of the N.I i pay for being self employed.

As far as i am aware you declare it.

Record it on the section for earnings from employment. You will also declare what you have paid for tax and NI during your employment.

Its done like this to make sure that you are paying the correct tax for your total earnings throught the year. And that you are getting all off your tax free allowance.
