Why do all the traditional tools only fit on an unger type cone?
Most of the wfp suppliers seem to use a vikan style thread on all their telescopic poles. This means that if you want to stick a scraper on your pole or a squeegee you're stuffed. Often after a fascia clean I'll use a dry applicator rammed on the end of my smax to wipe the drips off. If I want it locked in place I use a spare pole with a decorators type pole end bodged on it.
Come on Gardiners etc get with it!
I want to whip a scraper on for bird poo, whack a wagtail on for high internal work, stick an applicator on for drying fascias, maybe even stick a paint roller on :o and I can't do any.
Someone must make a simple cheap adapter to do the job?
It's not rocket science.
Wish I knew how to operate a lathe and cut an internal taper thread then I'd be away.

get a reach around adapter from gardiners then attach a cone adapter pinched off the end of a harris pole then its always available on the other side of your wfp brush, downside is it gets in the way if you have to get thru railings on balconys etc
