I have a Shurflo 100 psi pump and a 12v 120ah leisure battery.
I use a 3amp/15amp charger.
How should I charge my battery? And how long should it last?

Ive got an 85ah battery and it will last for at least 2 days when fully charged. I also use a 100psi pump (but use a digital varistream)
I charge mine by "trickle charging " over night

Charge it every day. Even though they are called 'deep cycle' no battery likes being fully discharged, a top up charge after each use will keep it in good condition and make it last longer.
Use a 'smart' charger if possible.

easer to get a normal car battery then run a thick live wire with a fuse from the battery under the bonnet to it and an earth to the van body then it will charge off the car altenenter so you never have to charge it

Agreed. Or do what i do and just wire the pump to the van battery. Been well over a year doing that.
Never have to worry about charging or going flat. Just get in and go to work. :)
