Title: wintecs anygood?

i have emailed them a few days and tried to ring them but only get answering machine,anyone ever had trouble with them?
i ordered a  100 metre microbore hose and metal reel,off them about £109 all in,anyway got it all in a box and 2 bits are missing for the frame of the reel,so basically its useless,i emailed them and no reply so been tring to call them....
nothing
are they anygood?

wintecs are usually good, but i visit the shop instead of post as it is only up the road from me,  what no r u ringing them on

been trying them on that one,maybe they are good,im not salting them,i just hope they send me the 2 bits because without them the hose and reel is no good for nothing!
